The processing of personal data

According to Regulation EU 679/2016 on the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, S.C. MEDA CONSULTING SRL must process the personal data and images provided by natural person customers safely and only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.

S.C. MEDA CONSULTING SRL, seated in Tulcea, str. Mihail Kogalniceanu, nr. 126, processes personal data for the provision of hotel services, for the following purposes:

• The reservation of rooms and other hotel services; the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
• Booking confirmation and card pre-authorisation, processing based on the hotel’s legitimate interests;
• Billing hotel services, processing necessary for compliance with legal obligations;
• To communicate with you by electronic means or telephone, for various purposes such as obtaining your opinion on our services, managing various concerns or providing customised services in due time, processing based on the hotel’s legitimate interests;
• Providing e-mail information on special offers, events and/or other forms of advertising, processing based on consent;
• Providing e-mail or telephone information on forgotten items, packages or messages received, processing based on the hotel’s legitimate interests.

Razelm Luxury Resort customers provide the data requested by S.C. MEDA CONSULTING SRL for the performance or initiation of the legal relationship with the company, in compliance with the law. If any natural person refuses to provide such data, our company is unable to provide the services requested, as it will be impossible to comply with the requirements of the special hotel and tax regulations.

The consent to the processing of personal data (name, telephone number, e-mail address) is given freely. The consent may be withdrawn at any time,  effective thereafter, by a free notice sent to S.C. MEDA CONSULTING SRL. For example, the notice withdrawing consent may be sent by e-mail to reception@razelmluxuryresort.ro. Please keep in mind that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal (the notice does not have retroactive effect). If consent is not given or is withdrawn, we will not be able to provide the services requested and to use your personal data for communication, marketing and feedback purposes.

Natural persons have the following rights: the right to be informed of the processing of personal data and to obtain a copy of the data undergoing processing, the right to intervention, the right to object, the right to rectification, the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to obtain the erasure of personal data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
