complete the accommodation form and perform the payment formalities;

Use of data
SC MEDA Consulting SRL administers and uses the personal data received in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. Any financial data collected is used exclusively for the processing of payments authorized through the online booking service.
Using strict internal procedures based on the regulations of law no. 677/2001 completed and amended by Law no. 506/2004, we take care that the personal data collected are not used for purposes other than those for which you have given your consent.

Prices
The prices displayed on the website are the costs per room per night and include VAT, hotel tax, breakfast. The prices are in euros and are calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of arrival.
We can confirm your reservation only if you give us all the requested information. Please ensure that all your personal details are correct.
The reservation can be canceled without penalty 30 days before the arrival date. In case of no-show or late cancellation SC MEDA Consulting SRL reserves the right, without prior notice, to charge the value of the first night’s accommodation from the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Termination
These terms are in effect for the entire duration of accessing the site. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Site and destroying all materials obtained and all related documents whether made pursuant to the terms of the Agreement or otherwise.
Applicable Law
The applicable law is the Romanian legislation. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled at the competent court at the headquarters of SC MEDA Consulting SRL. You agree that any legal action arising from or in connection with the terms of this Agreement will be brought to the Romanian courts at the headquarters of SC MEDA Consulting SRL 12. Pets
Pets are not accepted in the hotel.
